There is hardly any human being on the earth who has not suffered pain, sickness and illness. In times of sickness and trouble, a true Muslim seeks refuge in the path of Allah and his Messenger Hazrat Muhammad(SAW). We take medicine/remedies and solutions to our problems from Quran and Hadith. In this post, we have listed down all duas from Quran and Hadith related to pain. Pain is a feeling/sensation that accompanies all types of sickness/illness, physical and spiritual problems. Dua For Pain Relief

Alhamdulillah in Islam you may find the solution of every problem. In Islam, prophets Mohammad (peace be upon him) teach us so much dua from hadith and Quran and Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) implement it in His own life. As we know that Quran is miracle that ALLAH revealed to His prophet (peace be upon him) and it is a blessing for humanity. The Quran is not only guidance for mankind but Allah has also made it a spiritual cure and healing for all types of ailments. This includes treatments of all worldly problems, physical and psychological ailments, and spiritual (evil eye, black magic and so on.)The Creator has told us the word of the Quran are healing for all and, therefore, when used with real belief one’s heart, this form of treatment can bring miraculous cure to all forms of ailments. ALLAH says in the Quran: "And we send down of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe... (Quran, surah Al-israa, 17:82)

As other form of treatment, Islam does not discourage the use of treatments available to us through medical and other science. On the contrary, the use of such treatments is encouraged by the teachings of the noble prophet (peace be upon him) who sought the treatment of illnesses and disease for himself and urged His believers to do the same. Thus seeking medical treatment for the cure of diseases is part of the Prophet’s tradition. There are so many prayers which Islam teaches us, for instance, dua for anxiety, dua for new home, dua for parents, dua for education, dua for kids and so on. Here we discuss dua for pain relief. As we know that human become restless in any kind of pain and they want immediately relief from that. 

The ultimate painkiller: Uthman bin Abu al-‘as Al-Thanasi reported that he once complained of pain that he felt in his body to our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him). Our beloved prophet (peace be upon him) replied: “Place your hand at the place where you feel pain in your body and recite  3 times BISMILLAH IRREHMAN NER RAHEEM and 7 times I SEEK REFUGE WITH ALLAH AND WITH HIS POWER FROM THE EVIL THAT I FIND THAT I FEAR.”
