- Recite Surah Fatiha three times
- Recite this Quran verse 400 times (mentioned below)

- Recite Surah Fatiha three times again
- Continue this wazifa 40 days

1- Have complete faith in Allah, His power, His mercy and His knowledge that He can end your nose bone problem without any difficulty. To have faith and belief, imagine that your nose bone problem has been fixed by Allah. Visualise and imagine your nose has become straight. Touch and feel the straightness of your nose bone (in your imagination while giving thanks to Allah). This is the easiest way to have faith and belief in Allah's power and creation skills.
