There is cure for every disease in Quran as Allah (SWT) says in Quran: And We send down of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe… (Quran, Surah Al-Israa, 17:82). With Quran being a miracle book for all mankind, any ayat recited with an intent to heal will always work 100 percent without a shred of doubt. However, there are some pre-requisites for Muslims to get the healing from Quran as described below:

When Our Prayers Are Accepted: Our prayers are accepted when we pray with pure heart and clean intent. It is necessary for us to have belief in the acceptance of prayers for a prayer done with a doubt and half-heart will never get Allah's approval. There is one condition that all prayers are subject to: The belief in the acceptance of prayers we are doing.  Also the belief that healing can only come from Almighty Allah is important.
