IS WAZIFA ALLOWED IN ISLAM?
Many people ask this question whether it is allowed to do wazifas
in Islam for the fulfillment of wishes and solution of problems we are facing
in our lives. First of all, it is important to understand the implications,
meaning, and significance of wazifa. There are two school of thoughts divided
on this issue. Salafi/Traditional school of thought believes it is not appropriate
to do wazifas because it has not definite place in Islamic literature (Quran
and authentic Hadith). Second school of thought (Sufism) allows for this type
of practice. Wazifa means spiritual
