Kia Jahalat Hai Ye?

Religious stupidity is a common sight in Pakistan--officially an Islamic country by constitution but it seems country remains under tight influence of fake saints, peer and spiritual healers who devise different ways to grab public attention and loot them.

Black magic is a reality as it is a use of negative energies that can destroy somebody's life but majority of the spiritual healers and exorcists are fake. It is more common in rural areas but now this disease of consulting the peers and spiritual healers can be seen.

Look at this peer who sent his innocent animals to deathbed after forcing them to fast for consecutive 15 days. What kind of Islam is it? Does it have anything to with Islam? Islam forbids sorcery, and magic to heal humanity.

Is it a religious Islamic obligation for animals to fast just like humans? Of course not. The followers of this saint are more stupid than himself. The interviewees also reject Peer's un-Islamic ways. He can be a magician under the guise of a spiritual healer.

The lack of proper Islamic and modern knowledge leads people to these methods and superstitions that only deter one's faith. May Allah keep us all far away from such misled people.

Sarfaraz Nawaz Uncovers Another Moin Khan Controversy in 1999 World Cup

Sarfraz Nawaz, the ex fast bowler of Pakistan, has always remained as a whistle-blower and he still continues his campaign to unveil the corrupt element that bring disgrace to Pakistan cricket. The recent Moin Khan's casino saga is just a vivid example of the malice that cricket team has long been confronted with.

Nawaz has come up with an allegation that Moin Khan was also involved in match fixing which is why Pakistan lost against India, Bangladesh and final versus Australia. It is no secret that Moin Khan does not have a good reputation as a cricketer.

Now that he has offered public apology, will he escape any misconduct on his part? I think Moin Khan case should be investigated thoroughly and there must be some concerted findings that determine his fate.

He has to come clean and stay clear of all the accusations made against him. But it is highly unlikely given the state of affairs of PCB. Plus, nobody in Pakistan seems to have moral courage and face up to controversies. I am not expecting anything better. Outcome will be business as usual as it happens in merely all other famous cases.

Mobile phone Sim verification date: Ufone, Mobilink and Warid users get relief

PTA, Nadra and government have given the public a big relief after weeks of frustration and hopelessness in the name of mobile phone sims verification.
According a source, government has decided to extend the date for mobile sims verification till April 13, 2015, putting the public at much ease because most of the mobile phone users have yet to get their sims verified.

Another big hurdle that has kept the PTA and government from collecting the verified sim data from the public is that many users are using their expired national ID cards. In order for people to get their sim verified, they must have a renewed ID card by NADRA.

Mira responds to marriage offer

Pakistani film star Mira has responded to a marriage offer from a tribal elder.
Mira is no stranger to controversies and scandals but recently she has been overwhelmed with a couple of marriage offers. It is no surprise as the film star is usually in the news, making headlines for things as little as her English language skills and unusual scandals. But this time, a tribal leader from Mohmand Agency reached out to Meera Jee with an offer she could not find easy to ignore. Lots of money, property and other perks were offered and at one point, Meera requested consideration and took her time to respond to the offer.

During her latest interview, Meera said that she is not interested in marriage at the moment, and if she ever plans to do so, it will be a young man she will set her sights on, not some old man. Meera proudly said that she gets a lot of marriage offers and she thinks it is because of her fame and popularity that people like to associate with her and become her husband. Meera demanded that media does not make a big deal about her rejecting the offer because she came up with her decision after much consideration and thought.
