Step #1 Make wudu (ablution)
Step #2 Recite Durood Shareef eleven times
Step #3 Recite Al Mateenu five hundred times
Step #4 Recite Durood Shareef eleven times once again
Step #5 Blow on the baby (do damm)

Inshahallah your baby will start drinking milk without any trouble. Newborn babies often create trouble for parents, especially mother, if they are not drinking milk or even babies older than six months who don't eat. Practising this wazifa will solve your problem Inshahallah.
