Do this wazifa after Fajar or Asr salah (prayer)
1) Recite Surah Fatiha three times
2) Recite Surah Ikhlas 40 times 
3) Recite Surah Fatiha three times
4) Continue the wazifa for eleven days straight

For hundred percent results:
1) One hundred percent faith (yaqeen) in Allah's power and ability.
2) Start imagining that Allah has already increased/created love between the person of your choice. This will signal complete faith in Allah.
