Surah Al-Baqarah Last Two Verses Benefits And Virtues

Surah Al-Baqarah is the longest surah in Quran with its numerous benefits as narrated by our Beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).  Everything has its peak and the climax of Quran is Surah Al-Baqarah/Ayat-ul-Kursi (the greatest verse in Quran). Satan (Shaitan) runs away from house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited. The last and most Beloved Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.) said: “Do not make your houses like graves, for the Shaytan runs away from a house in which Surat al-Baqarah is recited” (narrated by Muslim, 780). It is clear from the hadith that Surah Baqarah has the impact of making the Satan flee from the place where it is recited. Thus, it is recommended to recite the Surah on daily. The recitation of Surah Al-Baqarah is also beneficial in the treatment of diseases such as black magic, evil eye, and can be used as ruqyah to heal the aforementioned illness. The constant recitation of Surah Al-Baqarah saves us from evil effects on homes, business, families and belongings.  The reference to Graveyard in the hadith written quoted above is significant one. People in grave are no benefit to themselves and we muslims don't recite the Surah as advised by our beloved prophet (S.a.w), we are no different from them. The most special verses of Quran are the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah as Prophet (S.a.w) said "Whoever recites last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah before he goes to sleep, they will be sufficient for him."

English Translation Of Last Two Verses: 
"The Messenger (Muhammad) believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and (so do) the believers. Each one believes in Allah, His Angels, His Books, and His Messengers. (They say), “We make no distinction between one another of His Messengers” – and they say, “We hear, and we obey. (We seek) Your Forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the return (of all).”
"Allah burdens not a person beyond his scope. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned. “Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which You did lay on those before us (Jews and Christians); our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Maula (Patron, Supporter and Protector, etc.) and give us victory over the disbelieving people.”

Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said " When I went up to the journey of Mairaj, Allah gave me three things: He commanded me to pray five times a day, He gave me the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah, and He promised me that anybody from my Ummah who did not commit any major sins, he will be forgiven and go to Jannah." 

So Brothers and Sisters In Islam, it is recommended to recite complete Surah Al-Baqarah at least weekly and read the final two verses of the Surah before going to sleep every night. I know how a self-proclaimed Islamic healer, who belongs to a famous madarasa of Karachi, ruined an innocent girl's life and precious time by crippling her mind. Despite his affiliation with a well-known Islamic seminary, he caste a "white magic spell" (I will explain the difference between white magic and black magic later) on the girl (an electronic engineer) because a customer (this customer lived near my house) wanted to marry her but she kept refusing. Obviously there was money involved, a nice motive for that Islamic healer to continue his evil work.

Surah Al-Baqarah Benefits

Surah Al-Baqrah is the second and longest Surah of Holy Quran. Revealed to our beloved Prophet In Medina, this Surah deals with the variety of topics such as Islamic laws as ordained by Allah, tales of Adams, Moses, Solomon, hypocrites of the time.  Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said "Everything has a hump, and the hump of the Qur’an is Surat al-Baqara; if anyone recites it in his house during the night no devil will enter it for three nights; if anyone recites it in his house during the day-time no devil will enter it for three days.’ Ibn Hibban Tabarani and Baihaqi transmittted it from Sahl bin Sa’d, for whom Allah’s (swt) Good Pleasure is prayed." 

At another instance, The Prophet (saw) said: There is a verse in Surat al-Baqara which is the chief verse of the Qur’an and when it is recited in a house in which there is a devil he will certainly get out of it: It is the Throne verse.’ Al-Hakim, and Baihaqi transmitted it from Abu Huraira, for whom Allah’s (swt) Good Pleasure is prayed. 

Benefits: Reading this Surah on regular basis has numerous advantages. It purifies one's soul and rejuvenates Iman (faith). One will see the increase in Iman, Income and Peace in one's house after reciting this Surah. If you are victim of black magic or sorcery, this Surah will protect you from the evil of devils. As Hadith clearly explains Shayateen cannot stay in a house where this Surah is recited. It will remove all the blockages in your life and increase you in your faith. Personal Experience: I was suffering from black magic and my life seemed destined to be in ruins. Illness befell and my business was nearing bankruptcy. Some mysterious happenings led me to finally believe that this is not the physical problem and I should seek the help of some spiritual Islamic healer. It did not help me much. Finally I resorted to self-help and therapy. I started reciting Surah Al-Baqrah on regular basis and things began to get better dramatically. My physical illness disappeared and I started getting better business opportunities and money began coming in regularly. I give credit to this Surah for all my recovery and sincere faith in Allah. From my personal experience, I can assuredly say this Surah will InshAllah not only remove blockages from your life but Allah's blessing will shower on you.  The key is firm faith in Allah. Please be advised, if you are suffering from black magic, reciting this Surah will give you bodily pain and headache but this is ironically a good sign. You may face some additional losses in the process but this is the sign of recovery. Within 14-21 days, you will be healed and all your worldly problems solved by the mercy of Allah (SWT).  Some people say it will take 2 hours to recite the entire Surah but it does not take more than 1 hour. Initially it might take one and a half hour but regular recitation will improve your speed. Always fight the feelings of Laziness as Shayateen will try to trick you into different ideas so that you never get healed. As I said earlier, persistence is the key. Allah has not created any problem/diseased without a solution and what else can be a better therapy for a believing Muslim than Holy Quran. There have been other stories of people. One man fighting the fatal disease of Cancer got himself cured by reciting Surah Baqarah.
