Winter and Dry Skin Skin Treatment In Urdu

In winter, having a dry skin is a commonplace among the majority of people across the world. This dryness of skin can seriously dent our personality and result in losing one’s self-esteem. As result, people resort to various skin creams and also employ desi totkas. We have listed down the most hands-on and easy-to-use totkas and remedies. If done correctly, they will bring in handy and effective results.  The use of hot water during winters also causes such a skin problem.  It is recommended to use mildly hot water among winters for shower and bath. Also, do not use towel excessively to dry your skin after bath.

While some people are affected due to use of low quality and sub-standard creams and others face dryness problem due to heavy consumption of tea and coffee.  Low consumption of drinking water may also result in dry skin.  The excessive use of winter appliances such heater or stoves can also produce the similar result.

Egg Yolk:  Egg is extremely beneficial to your skin. Use egg yolk paste. The method for creating this paste is: mix one spoon of orange with egg yolk and mix it well with few drops of rose water. This should be used before going to take bath in the morning. Daily use is recommended.
Aloe Vera: The benefits of aloe vera for the skin are well known.  Mix aloe vera with honey and make its paste.  Apply over face daily in the morning and continue with this applied on face for 10 minutes. Rinse off with the water.
Please try all of the above totkas and observe which one is working very well for you. Don’t overuse any of the totka. Use as deemed beneficial.
