Dua for avoiding wet dreams (ehtelam)

First off, wet dreams are not a health problem, nor is it a mental disease. It is totally natural for a growing male to have regular wet dreams so this should not be a cause for concern as your body goes through hormonal changes rapidly.
Stopping it with medicines will actually make unnecessary changes to body hormones and it may even further disturb you mentally and psychologically. So, here is a surefire way to avoid having wet dreams.
Dua for wet dreams (ehtelam ki dua and ilaj)

I am going to share a very nice dua for young people who often complain (albeit secretly J ) about having regular wet dreams (ehtalam ka ilaj). So, this dua should be in your spiritual arsenal.
Avoid trying to solve this problem by checking out links like “ehtalam ka desi and Islami ilaj” as this problem is more of mental than physical. If you are mentally strong and you block negative thoughts, then you will have no wet dreams any more.

But if you are trying to solve this problem by physical means such as pills, desi ilaj, herbal treatment, then that means you are ignoring your mental health altogether—a recipe for more mental troubles. This dua, when recited on a regular basis, can help you control your mind and block the thoughts that cause you to have wet dreams.
