Former Pakistani fast Shoaib Akhtar cracks jokes about Pakistani cricketers while doing a show in India.
This was not hilarious though. I know Pakistani cricket has not been doing its best and when it comes to some of our key players, we have performed poor in general. But sitting in front of an audience that does not even tolerate positive criticism and poking fun at national players is a good thing?

I have a lot of respect for Shoaib Akhtar as he was part of our national team and his contribution to cricket will be remembered for years, but lashing out at players such as Shahid Afridi and Misbah ul Haq was beyond joke. The fast bowlers did not spare the Chairman PCB.
The program was hosted by former Indian batsman Navjot Singh Sindhu who is known for his wild laughs during his shows. Another guest who supported Shoaib in making fun of Pakistan cricket was Harbajhan Singh. They all cracked jokes and the audience was happy too.
Some of you guys will call me crazy as I am being sentimental over a few careless jokes about our national heroes. If Shoaib Akhtar had done the same in Australia or England, I would not have found that offensive. Indian fans are not practical. Remember how they misbehaved Maria Sharapova after she had admitted she had no idea who Sachin Tendulkar was?
