Prayer when overwhelmed by negative emotions

Dear Loving God I implore to you that I need Your shelter and support. Lord I have been going through tough times and seeing many ups and downs. My mind has been overwhelmed with negativity, fear and frustration, so Lord I need You now more than ever. 

Please take all the fears and negative thinking off my mind and enable to stand firm no matter what comes my way. 

Please accept my thanks in advance as You are the only One Who knows how to change my situation. I have nowhere to turn to, except for your Loving shelter. Ameen
