PSL: A rising player from Peshawar Zalmi

The ongoing PSL (Pakistan Super League) that was initiated to promote cricket across the country and provide opportunities to the players to make good money has started producing the results its founders thought of. A new player is going places and he has proved his mettle by exhibiting a phenomenal performance.
I think the PSL is proving to be nice platform for the new talent and young guns. It is not just money that has obviously been one of the hot issues for players, but there is going to be a major development in terms new players emerging on the scene. The international cricket is bound to get benefits from it.
PSL best player: Peshawar Zalmi's new talent

The player who has stolen the show at PSL is Mohammad Asghar from Peshawar Zalmi who surprised his opponents in every way. I like the way bowls but his attitude and sportsman spirit is remarkable. This is what makes him a rising star on the team. Not just on the team Peshawar Zalmi, but at country's level too. Asghar was awarded The Man of the Match as he took three wickets and got two catches playing against Islamabad. His performance was put in the spotlight after he made players like Misbah ul Haq, Babar Azam and Umar Ameen go back to pavilion.

A bit of a shocker: Most of the heavy weights whom we thought would shine have failed to entertain us. See how a costly Shane Watson performed? And what about Chris Gayle who is famous for his big hits and entertainment on the field? They all failed to get the public attention.
