Najam Sethi Says Establishment Will Wipe Altaf Hussain Out

MQM is in trouble for over 3 months. First there was a raid on its headquarters 90 in Karachi where terrorists, convicted ones, were hiding and caught by the Rangers. The establishment seems to have taken a stiff stance against terrorism, money laundering and alleged involvement of foreign spy agencies in the country and are bent upon taking the anti-terror measures ever more seriously. MQM problems were further compounded when BBC report came out proving its "Indian funding" source.
Najam Sethi, the senior political analyst, hinted at the endgame of MQM and Altaf Hussain. According to him, the establishment has decided to separate criminal activities and corruption from politics which is linked to terror-related activities in the country.

Reham Khan on Shahid Afridi

Islamabad: Shahid Khan Afridi is the one of the famous cricketers in the world, who is admired by wife of PTI chairman Imran Khan because "he looks good when he runs his fingers through his hair."
Reham Khan told in an interview and answered a range of questions. When asked which Pakistani cricketer she has most respect for, Reham Khan told while chatting to Wasim Akram in a TV show: "As a viewer, an a cricket fan, I would say Shahid Afridi."
"He looks good when he runs his fingers through his hair while playing."

Ary News Kashif Abbasi's program turns into chaos

News anchor Haroon Rasheed lashed out at MQM leader Rashid Godel as the program hosted by Kashif Abbasi turned into a mess. Haroon did not stop his attacks on MQM, saying the party's leader Altaf Hussain is responsible for creating divisions in Karachi politics. Kashif Abbasi was caught in the middle as he attempted to cool down both guests.

Kashif Abbasi, who is a renowned analysts from Ary News, has earned a unique reputation for his brazen opinions and analysis, but his program often turns into chaos after he lets his guests lash out at each other. Good.

We love sensationalism and the public is more interested in seeing entertaining stuff than matters of serious nature.

Pakistani politician Ishaq Dar lashes out at journalist

Ishaq Dar had had enough of dealing with a creepy journalist that day, and all hell broke lose when a probing question riled him up and the finance minister ordered the journo to leave the conference hall. Scenes like this are now common in Pakistani politicians as press conference usually end up becoming a mess with so much media hype.
Journalists are usually hungry for more information and they keep coming up with such irritating questions.

Good for Ishaq Dar as he didn't grab the journo by his neck and kicked him out of the room. It looked like he was going to do just that.

Journalists working with news channels will do anything to bring the most shocking, most sensational news that will get the attention. This is pathetic and against journalism ethics. But making money now seems to be the main goal of our news media. Breaking news is now so breaking that it breaks every ten minutes on every single news channel.
