There has to operation clean up both for criminals and financial corruption. 

Dr Shahid Masood had already predicted that there would be more arrests and raids on influential people in the province. The Sindh government however seems reluctant to take any action against the thugs and criminals on its own. Rightly so. They cannot expose their own ministers and workers.
