Ufone, a cellular company, did something to an ordinary resident of the country that will shock everyone. The power, cellular, and other service companies are sometimes reported to bill way more than actually they should to the customers. However, these type of complaints have often remained with the company and the people who are the victim. It seems to be the first story of Ufone involved in such thing that goes against company's stated policy. We hope the company will try to burnish its image by bringing in the corrective measures.
